Who we are
The controller is Jagat IT UK Ltd, 164 High Street, London Colney, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL2 1QF. Autopilot SEO is one of its trading names. Contact support@jagatitlimited.com.
What we hold
Your account holds your email address, your name if you sign in with Google, and a record of your sign in sessions. For each website you add we hold its address, what we read from its public pages, the searches and topics we find for it, and the articles we write and you approve. If you connect your website so we can publish to it, or connect Google Search Console so we can show your search figures, those connection details are stored encrypted. If you pay, we hold your plan, your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and your billing history. Stripe holds your card details, not us.
Why, in law
- Running your account and writing and publishing your articles: contract, UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- Keeping payment and invoice records: legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c).
- Keeping the service secure and stopping abuse: legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f).
We email you sign in links and messages about your account. We do not send marketing email.
How long
We keep your account and its content while the account is open. If you ask us to close it, we delete it within 30 days. Payment and invoice records are kept for six years, because tax law asks for it.
Who else sees it
Stripe takes card payments. An email delivery provider sends our emails. Our hosting provider runs the servers. The AI model providers that research and write your articles receive your website content and topics, never your payment details. Search data providers receive search terms and website addresses only. Each works for us under contract. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law lets us. Email support@jagatitlimited.com. We answer within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep you signed in, and to protect the sign in form. They are strictly necessary, so they need no consent banner. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
